what to bring: comfy clothes to lounge, move + read in, snacks, a yoga mat should you wish to join us for yoga +/or meditation +, of course, a book (or two!)
what’s included: all yoga + meditation classes + accomodations. each room features unique literature-inspired themes, luxurious bedding +antique furnishings, a variety of fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, coffee + tea each morning to start your day. access to the parlor, the library, a cozy space perfect for quiet reading or small gatherings, + the lush grounds, offering tranquil spaces to unwind.
what’s not included: while there is no access to the kitchen or outside catering, you are welcome to order delivery or enjoy the many dining options nearby. located just a 5-minute drive from downtown west chester, guests can easily enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafés, boutique shops + local attractions.
getting there: the hotel is located at 699 w. rosedale avenue in west chester, pa. on-site parking is available for all guests.

The sparkling green bathroom is inspired by Oz's Emerald City. This room is situated on the second floor, has soaring ceilings, a stately king bed with dreamy linens, and a stunning marble fireplace that stands as the centerpiece.

rae broderick is a stråla yoga + meditation guide, endurance runner + bookseller based in point pleasant, nj. she has been leading stråla yoga for 12 years + has a personal practice of 22 years. she is the co-founder of the silent book club chapter in ocean county, nj.

nicole flowers currently lives in connecticut but was raised in san diego, ca. starting in her late 20’s, she began to deepen my spiritual practice through yoga, psychic classes + reiki.
in her 30s, she followed her intuition + moved across country to new york city. here, she was introduced to strala yoga— where ease + an ‘all are welcome’ approach resonated deeply with her.
now in her 40s, her focus has turned specifically to mindfulness & meditation. she believes everyone deserves a joyful mind + it’s in the quiet where we can discover this.
she is the co-founder of the silent book club chapter in milford, ct.
